An invitation to slow down.
Yoga first came into my life as a practice.
One of life’s most unexpected seasons taught me that slowing down wasn’t giving up—it was learning a different way of moving through the world.
Over time, it became something much deeper. It became a way of paying attention. A way of quieting the noise. A way of remembering that we are more than our productivity, our worries, or the expectations we carry.
The classes I offer are gentle, reflective, and grounded in the belief that stillness has something to teach us.
My approach has been shaped by years of practice, teaching, and a growing appreciation that caring for the whole person includes body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you are new to yoga or have practised for years, you are welcome.
